Is there a registration deadline?
- We accept applications until the sessions are full. Camp fills quickly, so we suggest registering early, especially for goalkeepers.
If the camp is full, do you have a waiting list?
- Yes, when the session fills, an online waiting list will become available. No deposit is necessary to be placed on the waiting list.
Do I have to pay in full or can I submit a deposit?
- You may apply to camp with a deposit of $200. The full balance is due April 1, 2011. Applications received after April 1 must be accompanied by the full tuition.
Will I receive a confirmation letter and a list of what to bring to camp?
- If registering online, a confirmation letter will be sent immediately by email. If applying by mail, you should receive an email confirmation letter within 2 weeks. Please contact us if you have not received your email confirmation letter. A thorough checklist of items necessary for camp will accompany the email confirmation letter.
Should my son bring a soccer ball?
- Yes, every camper needs their own soccer ball. Bring your own or pre-purchase an IU/adidas soccer ball on your camp application for $30. Camp balls will be available for purchase on the first day of camp for $35.
Do you provide transportation to camp to/from the airport?
- The Indiana Soccer Camp does not provide transportation. However, we recommend the Star of America Airport Shuttle (800) 933-0097 or the Bloomington Shuttle Service (800) 589-6004 or Classic Touch Limo (800) 319-0082.

Is a physical required?
- No physical is required for camp, however the application will not be processed without the medical consent and liability waiver. Both forms are available within the online registration.
What other forms/medical forms do I need?
- The medical consent and liablility waiver must accompany the application in order for processing to occur. They are included within the online registration and on the backside of the paper application.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?
Can my son request his roommate?
- Yes! Roommate requests and/or near requests are honored, however, they must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the start of camp. Roommate requests made within the two weeks prior to the start of camp will be honored if possible! Two campers per room. Single rooms may be requested if available.
Where do the campers stay at camp?
- Campers reside at the Foster dormitory on North Fee Lane on the campus of Indiana University. This is our second year at Foster as our normal camp headquarters, Briscoe dormitory, is under reonovation. Foster is air-conditioned!
When/where do we arrive at camp on the first day?
When/where do we pick up from camp on the last day?
- Camp ends on Sunday at noon. A brief awards ceremony will occur at Bill Armstrong Stadium at 11:30 am. Plan to attend!
When is the first meal?
- The first meal is dinner on the first day of camp.
When is the last meal?
- The last meal is breakfast on the last day of camp.
What is the typical daily schedule?
- 7:00 am Wake Up

What is the camper:staff ratio?
- 10:1 for field players and 8:1 for goalkeepers
What about safety & supervision?
- Campers are fully supervised by camp staff 24 hours per day, during all camp activities and while in rooms. Camp staff and trainers reside on each of the dormitory floors at night. Extra security is hired to monitor the dorms from 10:00 pm to 1:00 a.m. The Foster building is secured after hours.
Are athletic trainers always available?
- Fully certified athletic trainers are available 24 hours per day and on the fields during training sessions.
Does my son need to be at a certain level of soccer ability to attend camp?
- No specific level of ability is required. We just ask that all campers bring the desire to learn and have fun, and we will help them reach the next level!
What should my son bring to camp?
- A thorough checklist is available on www.indianasoccercamp.com. The checklist is also sent to each camper with a confirmation letter upon our receipt of your application.
Are there snacks & drinks available for purchase?
- A camp concession store will provide snacks, drinks, and IU soccer gear available for purchase. We keep our prices as low as possible! There are no refrigerators in the dorms, so campers may need to purchase cold items at camp. Pizza orders are placed at the camp store for nightly delivery. Many campers order pizza for delivery following the demonstration sessions at night.
What is a typical amount of spending money for a camper?
- Typical spending money at camp is $60 - $75 for the week.
